Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of DOKKIT. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use DOKKIT.
Your account
One person per account. You're responsible for activity under it. We use Supabase for authentication.
Your content is public and permanent
Cases, debates, messages, and comments are visible to anyone and stay on the record after a debate closes. Don't post anything you need to be able to take back.
License
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant DOKKIT a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the service (and in reasonable promotion of the service).
Conduct
The Community Guidelines are part of these Terms.
Moderation
We can remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break the Guidelines or these Terms, at our discretion. There is no automated screening — see the Guidelines.

Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is," without warranties.
Liability cap
To the extent permitted by law, DOKKIT's liability is limited to $100.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.

The District of Columbia, United States.
